Happy Halloween, Rockville Town Center Villagers!  Town Center Village continued to be active in October and we have several activities coming up in November.   Our second annual Coat Drive  is off to a great start thanks to those of you who have already donated! Our drive to collect new coats for Meadow Hall Elementary School students and families in need will continue through Thursday, November 20.
